As part of my collaboration with CTT Group, I played a pivotal role in launching the “Be Your Own Boss” campaign. This project aimed to inspire and empower individuals to take charge of their careers through entrepreneurial opportunities. I contributed to every facet of the campaign’s creative development, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
The Goals:
CTT Group wanted to launch a campaign to help aspiring entrepreneurs become Will Writers and Estate Planners. They needed a platform that could clearly explain the opportunity and encourage people to get started.
Challenge:
Designing the “Be Your Own Boss” campaign for CTT Group presented a multifaceted challenge: creating a cohesive brand identity that would resonate with aspiring entrepreneurs while reflecting the professionalism and credibility of the trust and estate industry. As a brand and website designer, the task required balancing creativity with clarity. How could I design a logo and visual identity that felt empowering yet professional? How could the website communicate complex information about the training programme in an accessible and engaging way? Ensuring consistency across all elements — logo, website, social media graphics, and animations — was essential to build a unified and impactful brand experience that inspired trust and encouraged action.
