I'm a UI/UX designer with experience crafting user-centered digital solutions at a digital agency. My work ranges from building intuitive e-commerce websites to refining SaaS platforms, always with a focus on accessibility and impactful design. Originally from Hong Kong, my creative journey led me to the UK, where I earned a BA (Hons) in Visual Communication from Birmingham City University.

My work Process

Discovery & Research
Begin by diving deep into the project’s goals, audience, and industry landscape. Through client workshops, competitor analysis, and audience research, I ensure the design strategy is rooted in insights and aligned with the brand’s objectives.

Concept Development
At this stage, I explore creative directions by brainstorming, sketching, and moodboarding. This is where brand identities and user experiences take shape, focusing on clear storytelling and visual cohesion.

Design & Iteration
Translate concepts into polished designs, from logos and brand guidelines to wireframes and high-fidelity UI prototypes. Collaboration and feedback play a key role, ensuring every element aligns with the vision and user needs.

Delivery & Refinement
Finalise and deliver assets, ensuring they are optimised for all platforms. For websites, this includes responsive design and usability testing. My goal is to create designs that not only look great but function flawlessly for both users and the brand.
